Visual Studio Code is by far my favorite code editor. I've tried Sublime and Atom in the past but they really don't make the cut.

Highlights matching tags.
Local development server with live reload.
Generates lorem ipsum paragraphs.
Favorite night theme.
Opinionated code formatter.
Writes snippets instead of the full text.
Debugs code and quickly runs react-native commands.
